We showcase independent, national, student, and youth artists on a monthly basis. Featured artists sketch, paint, and create on premises during select business hours from the window or curbside. Patrons are able to purchase artwork on-site. The business readily attracts a diverse group of jazz enthusiasts, historians, and young professionals.
“By the 1920’s Long Street had already become the center of Black commercial, social, and entertainment life. The LOFT Gallery is dedicated to the lifelong work of Dr. Method and Dr. Tribett. Articles, artwork and documents reflect the historical interest of times past.
The LOFT Gallery is available for reservation Monday-Friday from 7am-2a, Saturdays from 8am-2am, and Sundays from 7am-10pm. See our photo album for current art for sale.
Reservation minimum: 2 hours.
LOFT Gallery Cost Per Hour: $75.00 (membership discounts available for corporate or non-profit meetings)
SPECIAL EVENT Fees include: Urban-Spirit Gallery Host ($20.00/hr)
Security Professional: ($20.00/hr.) *if applicable
In-House Catering List: *if applicable (designer menus available)
Outside Caterers must register their business for a $50.00 Annual membership fee and submit a copy of their commercial license for file. |
